Why ABA Therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis is an evidence-based approach for helping people with autism acquire vital life skills, let go of harmful or maladaptive behaviors, and experience much greater independence and happiness in life. Numerous studies dating back to the 1970’s document the power of ABA therapy to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with ASD. Today, ABA therapy is the #1 prescribed treatment for autism in the USA.

A Holistic Approach to In-Home ABA Therapy Services

At First Step Children’s Network, we observe and evaluate how your child interacts with the people and world around them, including your family, home, community, and beyond. By providing services in the comfort of your home, we are able to help your child adopt new behaviors in the environment that shapes so much of their life. We then work with parents and caregivers to equip them with the tools they need to make sure that what we work on during therapy sessions gets translated into a happier and more harmonious way of living.
